Tried & Tested - Our Honest Take 🐾

A little insight from Marmalade Pet Nook

Why we chose it:

We loved the idea of an oversized, cozy bed where pets can stretch out and relax, with room for their humans to join in for a little snuggle time! The plush design and orthopedic foam caught our attention, so we decided to try the dark gray 6XL for ourselves.

Why we like it (or what to consider):

Once fully expanded, this is a really nice, well-made bed! The orthopedic foam surprised us with its support. We didn't feel like we were sinking to the floor, and the foam bounced right back without leaving an indentation. The plush material is soft, there's no noticeable odor, and the zippered liner allows the foam pad to be removed.

A few things worth knowing: The bed arrives vacuum-sealed, and fluffing the compressed bolster filling was quite a workout! It took about 20 minutes of massaging the foam before letting it expand overnight. The bolster is great for resting your head but doesn't offer much back support if sitting up.

Our dark gray also had a slight greenish hue, and the pillow didn't quite match. Keep in mind that colors may vary from product photos. 

And don't let the lifestyle photos fool you! At 5'2", my legs hung over the edge when fully stretched out. But curled up with a furry companion? Absolutely! Lulu has already discovered how cozy that bolster is. ❤️

Our Verdict: 8/10 🐾

We'd happily recommend this bed for very large dogs or anyone who loves curling up for some quality snuggle time with their pet. Just be prepared for a little fluffing, and remember it's made for cozy lounging, not firm back support.
